The International Real Estate Alliance is the world’s largest network for the advertising of property for sale or rent on the Internet. The unique multiple listings system allows a client to advertise a property simultaneously on all 664 websites in the network, greatly reducing the cost of advertising while expanding its reach.

The NAEA is the UK’s leading professional estate agent association. With 10 000 members involved in the property industry both in the UK and internationally, the association’s members include sales and letting agencies (both residential and commercial), property management firms, business transfer consultants, auctioneers and land brokers.  The NAEA has worked to uphold good business practices and high industry standards since 1962.

Mr Smith and Mr Bolton King travelled especially from NAEA head offices in Warwick to attend the meeting with Mr Acosta and Ms Dos Santos, which was held to discuss the current property market in the UK and abroad. With the great diversity among the NAEA’s members, and their policy of working hard for the good of the home buyer, there is little about the UK market that the NAEA does not know – whether from the perspective of the agent, the vendor, or the buyer.

As the premier network for the advertising of properties on both a targeted local level and wider international scale, the IREA-AII in turn sees the industry from a different perspective, and was able to offer valuable insight into the ebb and flow of international property markets based on years of experience in the property marketing industry.

The possibility of forming a business agreement between the two organizations was evaluated, and Mr Acosta confirms that he would be pleased to collaborate with the NAEA in a manner that would benefit both parties.
