On Friday, May 29th, 2009 the Director of IREA-AII International Real Estate Alliance.com - Alianza Inmobiliaria Internacional.com, Mr. Ignacio Acosta Sorge and the Director of Press and Publicity, Ms. Melissa Dos Santos, visited SIMA 09.
This year, SIMA 09 was presented in one large hall with a big number of exhibitors and visitors. The event presented great quality and an excellent organization.
Over 230 Exhibitors and 63.000 people who visited the exhibition made this eleventh Edition of the Madrid International Property Exhibition a sales record breaker.
The event had been inaugurated the previous day by the Housing Minister, Beatriz Corredor, and the President of the Community of Madrid, Esperanza Aguirre. On that same date, SIMA signed an agreement with ECREP (European Confederation of Real Estate Professionals), re-enforcing the presence of the Madrid International Property Exhibition all over Europe.
